Saiful Rizal’s quest to lead a life of true wealth, passion, happiness and fulfilment has brought him to where he is now. As a trainer, facilitator and coach, Saiful Rizal combines his talents in the field of accelerated learning and his passion for people to support them in their endeavour to achieve their ultimate life experience. His approach to training and coaching allows his client to see their possibilities and act upon it with energy and passion.
His overwhelming passion in helping others lead the life of their dreams began in late 2004 when he was at the lowest point in his life. The departure of his beloved grandmother and the divorce of his parents that year left him feeling like there was no more meaning to life.

He began hanging around with bad company, his grades nosedived and he didn't know where to look for help. That was when he stumbled upon an Anthony Robbins' TV commercial late one night, got his program and began religiously applying the concepts.

Within 3 months, he managed to get his life back together and later attended one of the top 3 Junior Colleges in Singapore which was a miracle considering how he wasn't supposed to even be in school had he continued on his trajectory.

Years later, he would bump into an old friend who showed him how his life would have looked like had he not stumbled upon Tony Robbins' program. That was when he knew that it was his mission in life to help others lead the life of his dreams and he never turned back.

He started a website in 2008 and wrote a book called "Secrets of the Overachievers" that has helped over 3000 people attract abundance into their lives in the form of financial, emotional and spiritual wealth.

His latest breakthrough was developing Abundance Consciousness Technology (ACT) after interviewing extraordinary multi-millionaires who are leaders in their industries. After talking to them, he realized that the fastest and easiest way to attract the kind of success they had was to become the kind of people they are.

That was when he put his three years of professional theatre acting training and experience together with the most powerful personal development concepts he has learned over the past five years to create a technology that's designed to alter your self-image and hence your results called ACT.

Profile

Originally from Canada, Carolyn has worked in Singapore for the past 4 years as a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) lecturer at a Private Education Institution. During her time as a English Language Educator, she has designed and conducted programmes for both youths and adults. She has comprehensive experience in teaching English to Asian students and imparting reliable teaching methodologies to them. Her knowledge of the needs of Asian students in improving their English language ability has made her a successful English trainer .

Prior to coming to Singapore to begin her teaching career she was a Corporate Trainer for 5 years in the United States. Some of her training clients include Fedex and NewsCorp (Fox Broadcasting).

Her varied background also includes many years experience in sales and customer service at some globally known blue chip companies such as American Express, The Walt Disney Travel Company, Delta Airlines Dream Vacations, and Choice Hotels International.

Corporate Trainer

Profile

Hazriq is the latest addition to Firefly Horizon's team of trainers and facilitators. His involvement in training dated back in 1998 when he coached and conducted drama workshops & Theatre-In-Education programmes for various schools and societies; as well as corporate training for organisations.

Hazriq’s previous incarnation was with the National Library Board from 2002 - 2011. With NLB, he has been involved in various capacities such as customer service, events management, facilitation and training.

He was also part of NLB’s flagship Ask Stupid Questions (ASQ) and Aspiration Pathfinder (AsPI) programmes’ pool of facilitators; and had conducted numerous workshops and experiences through various channels such as corporate training, public run programmes and conferences e.g. MOE E-One Learning Forum 2007, Special Library Conference 2008 in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). Hazriq left the Board in March 2011 to concentrate on full-fledged training.

Hazriq’s interest is in the performing arts, in particularly in the areas of theatre and drama. As an actor, he has acted in numerous theatre and television productions such as Suria Channel’s “2 X 5 Dol”, “Hanyut”, “Kelakarsik”, “Erlin Montel”, just to name a few. He was also a cast member in the local film, “Kallang Roar: The Movie”. Hazriq has undergone several theatre and drama trainings conducted by various theatre practitioners. He also had the opportunity to attend an improvisations (improv) workshop by an improv theatre company, Vancouver Theatresports, while in Canada.

Based on his interest in theatre and drama, Hazriq fuses drama activities in all of his training delivery to bring life to learning. His engaging yet dramatic training delivery inspired numerous individuals. Hazriq believes that drama is a good personal development training ground as well as a tool for anyone who desires to add value to their well-being.

Under his belt, Hazriq has trained and facilitated for the following organisations: Inland Revenue and Authority of Singapore (IRAS), KK Women’s and Children Hospital, Singapore Turf Club, Singapore Prisons Service, JTC Corporation, Tetra Pak Jurong Pte Ltd, Housing & Development Board, Defence Science & Technology Agency, Ministry of Education, Institute of Technical Education, Ascendas Pte Ltd, Malay Youth Literary Association (4PM) and many more.

Hazriq is a Full ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certified trainer, a Certified Service Provider (CSP) and also holds the Certificate in Educational Studies (Public Speaking) accredited by the College of Teachers, UK. Hazriq is a graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (Communications & Media Management) from the University of South Australia, and holds a Diploma in Business (Human Resource & Corporate Communications) from Temasek Polytechnic.
